Studio L6 in Gothenburg & Slussgatan 10 in Malmö – a season shaped by form, function and rebel quality
Two of this autumn’s design gatherings took place at Studio L6 in Gothenburg and Slussgatan 10 in Malmö, where we met architects, interior designers, partners and resellers.
Here is a recap of some of our strongest furniture collections, defined by craftsmanship, form language and locally crafted production.
Log – modular sofa and/or armchairs
Log is a system where simplicity meets robust elegance.
The construction is designed to shift — from a cohesive sofa to separate armchairs, with or without wooden armrests.
The expression is soft yet architectural, with an honesty in materials that mirrors Studio Stockholm’s design philosophy.
A-Frame work desk
A-Frame is one of the desks that truly captures Horreds’ DNA. It reflects the shared design intention between Anderssen & Voll and our manufacturing team: material junctions, details and angles that are just as refined underneath as on top. A crafted homage to wood, metal and Nordic minimalism.
VX8 work desk
VX är vår serie av arbetsbord som går att få helt monokromt och där linjer och proportioner skapar en lugn arbetszon. Färgen på bilden är Burgundy. Serien är utvecklad i vår egen designstudio där ytor, sektioner och tillbehör kan konfigureras efter människors olika rytmer och behov.
VX is our series of work desks where lines and proportions create a calm, focused workspace. The picture shows a monochrome combination in the color Burgundy. The series is developed by our in-house design studio, where surfaces, sections and accessories can be configured around different work rhythms and individual needs.
Prime work chair
Prime is, in designer Fredrik Mattson’s own words, the most comfortable chair he has ever created. Developed from the inside out — the precise seating angle to the responsive backrest and carefully crafted seams.
Award-winning Nomono Compact
Nomono Compact is a system that can be extended into multiple units in a row. This award-winning workstation is designed to create structure, integrity and functionality in open office environments. Many architects appreciate its modularity such as the possibility to combine different screens, levels and personal functions. Nomono Compact is awarded with the German Design Award.
We presented it together with the work chair Grand, designed by Stefan Borselius and Thomas Bernstrand.
Parant shelving system
Parant is built on a steel frame that allows the space itself to set the structure. The system can be configured around corners, upwards, with cabinet inserts, wooden panels, plant modules (biophilic) and a variety of sections.
In the background we displayed VX Personal Storage — another key component in Horreds’ complete workplace ecosystem. Both are developed in Horreds’ own design department.
The conversation continues
The evenings at Studio L6 and Slussgatan 10 gave us the opportunity to connect in person — something we truly value. Meeting, exchanging ideas and shaping the future of workplace design together.
